• First things first, double check you’ve only selected one fabric. Sometimes it’s easy to click more than one by accident, which can throw the price off a bit.

• Next up, make sure you’re totally smitten with your chosen fabric. We strongly recommend ordering a swatch beforehand so you can see (and feel!) it in real life. Because everything is made to order just for you, we can’t accept returns if you change your mind.

• And finally, if you’re after something totally bespoke, a different size, added piping, buttons on the back cushions, or something else entirely, just pop us a message or give us a ring. Our clever team love bringing custom creations to life, even beyond what’s listed on the website. Go on, dream big.

Sienna is handcrafted with love in Nottinghamshire, Blighty.

Built with a 100% solid beech wood frame, which comes with a 15 year construction guarantee for total peace of mind.

Removable Back Cushions: Easy to clean and adjustable for the perfect level of squish.
Removable Seat Cushions: Fully customisable for a tailored feel.
Bolster Cushions: Added support and comfort, just because.
Tapered Feet: Sleek, Stylish, and seriously sturdy.

Care & Handling:

Shipping & Settling: Any creases or misplaced filling on arrival? Just give the cushions a little plump, and they’ll settle right in.
Lifting & Moving: Always lift from the base (no dragging!) to keep the frame in tip-top shape.
Usage Tips: Perching on the edges or arms isn’t the best idea, they’re not built for that kind of love!

Additional Notes:

Fabric & Upholstery: Ordering a swatch first is always a good shout, as screen displays can be a little cheeky.
Handcrafted Quality: Each Sienna is hand finished with care, so expect a small tolerance of +/- 3 cm in dimensions, just a little quirk of true craftsmanship.

Sure, you’ll spot the sofa on our site, but did you know it can also be made as a sofa with a daybed, a love chair, an armchair, a corner sofa, a corner sofa with a daybed, and even a handy little stool? The only reason they’re not all here yet? We’ve not made them! (Which means no lovely snaps… yet.)

Every one of our sofas is made just for you, crafted to meet your unique needs. Because of this, our delivery timeframe is currently 8-10 weeks—but trust us, it’ll be worth the wait!

If you’re local, delivery is on us! If you’re a little further afield, no worries, the cost will be calculated at checkout (mainland UK only!). We’ll be in touch two weeks before your delivery to arrange a time that works for you. When the big day arrives, our team will set up your sofa, take away all the packaging, and leave your space looking spick and span.

To keep things running smoothly, make sure your new sofa will fit in its new home, and double check that doorways, hallways, and access points are clear. If you’ve got any tricky spots—like narrow roads, tight corridors, or a particularly snug doorway, just give our 2-MAN delivery team a heads-up so we can plan ahead!

Returns and refunds

We want you to be chuffed to bits with your new sofa, so here’s the lowdown on our returns and refunds:

Bespoke Sofas

Because our sofas are made to order just for you (think of it as a sofa tailored to your tush), we can’t offer returns or refunds. But if there’s a manufacturing fault, don’t worry, we’ll sort it. We’ll fix it up and get it back to you quicker than you can say “pass the biscuits.”

If It Doesn’t Squeeze Through the Door…

Had a bit of a measuring mishap? If push comes to shove, and the sofa doesn’t fit, we can take the sofa back to our showroom and pop it up for resale. Whatever we manage to sell it for, we’ll refund you that amount, though it might be a smidge less than what you originally paid.

Non-Bespoke Bits & Bobs

For the goodies that aren’t made to order, returns are totally doable through our lovely third-party suppliers. If you need a hand with that, just give us a shout, and we’ll guide you through it.

What happens after you place a bespoke order with us?

• First things first, you’ll get an order invoice straight to the email you’ve provided. Then, once your order’s landed with us, we’ll pop you a quick message to double-check all the details – just to make sure everything’s spot on.

• Once you’ve given us the thumbs up, we get cracking. Your chosen fabric is ordered, and your beech wood frame is sent over to our lovely pals in Long Eaton – they’ve been handcrafting our frames since we first started back in ’98.

• Then comes the exciting bit – once your fabric, frame, foam and cushions are all ready to roll, our upholsterers get to work. Every stitch is carefully crafted, every detail double-checked. Once your bespoke beauty is finished and passes all our quality checks, we wrap it up and pop it on the van, ready to make its way home to you.
