Non-Bespoke Bits & Bobs

For the goodies that aren’t made to order, returns are totally doable through our lovely third-party suppliers. If you need a hand with that, just give us a shout, and we’ll guide you through it.

Once you’ve popped your order through, you’ll get an invoice sent straight to the email you provided. Then we’ll have a quick word with our lovely rug makers, who’ll get cracking on scheduling your delivery. They’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way, so you’ll always know what’s happening. And if you’ve got any questions or just fancy a chat, we’re only ever a call or message away.
