Returns and Refunds

We want you to be chuffed to bits with your new sofa, so here’s the lowdown on our returns and refunds:

Bespoke Sofas

Because our sofas are made to order just for you (think of it as a sofa tailored to your tush), we can’t offer returns or refunds. But if there’s a manufacturing fault, don’t worry, we’ll sort it. We’ll fix it up and get it back to you quicker than you can say “pass the biscuits.”

If It Doesn’t Squeeze Through the Door…

Had a bit of a measuring mishap? If push comes to shove, and the sofa doesn’t fit, we can take the sofa back to our showroom and pop it up for resale. Whatever we manage to sell it for, we’ll refund you that amount, though it might be a smidge less than what you originally paid.

Non-Bespoke Bits & Bobs

For the goodies that aren’t made to order, returns are totally doable through our lovely third-party suppliers. If you need a hand with that, just give us a shout, and we’ll guide you through it.
